- Do you currently use a bookkeeping software?
- How many bank and credit card accounts do you have?
- Do you use third party processors? (Square, Venmo, Stripe, Bill Pay, etc.)
- Are your books currently up to date? Do you need cleanup or catch-up work?
- Are your tax returns current?
- Do you report sales tax?
- How do you record sales/invoice your customers?
- How do you currently pay your bills?
- Do you have employees? If so, how do you process payroll?
- Do you have 1099 vendors/contractors that you pay? If so, how do you process those?
- How much time do you normally spend on your books per week? month?
- What are your biggest pain points in your business financials?
- What goals do you have for your business? Short term? Long Term
