With our reoccurring bookkeeping services, you will receive a Balance Sheet, Income Statement (Profit & Loss), and a Statement of Cash Flows in accordance to your bookkeeping service. We will also walk you through those so you understand exactly what they mean to for your business and how you can utilize them.
We are a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and we use QuickBooks Online exclusively. We will either set up or transfer our clients over to the QuickBooks Online Subscription that best meets their business needs.
We do not offer tax preparation/filing services, however we will work with your CPA/tax professional of choice to ensure they have everything they need.

We take our client's security and trust in our relationship to heart. We have security measures in place in order to protect your information and we never share your information with third parties without your permission and only as needed to provide you with your specific service. We currently use Last Pass for protection of all firm and client login and password information. In addition, our clients are the ONLY ones who are able to authorize the outflow of money, the ONLY ones who can approve new vendors/employees, and have all access to monitor accounts/books at all time.
Our clients pay for services via an ACH withdrawal on the 1st or 15th of the month prior to the first month of service. For Clean-Up project services, we do offer payment plan options.
